PRODUCTION FACILITY - UNIT 1

We have Heat Treatment facility of Continuous Meshbelt Hardening & Tempering furnace with Scada control system, Entire Heat Treatment Process will be carried automatically (From Loading to unloading).
Our Plant capacity is 180 TONS per month
To strengthen the process we have 100% Power Generator Back-up to ensure the product quality
Each & every batch will be checked all metallurgical parameters with dedicated lab facility.

PRODUCTION FACILITY - UNIT 2

This unit we have 100 Tons of capacity for all kind of Direct Hardening, Case Hardening, Carbonitriding, Annealing & Normalizing process

Rotary Hardening Furnace – 2 Nos (Each 50 kg capacity)
Rotary Hardening Furnace – 1 Nos (100 kg capacity)
Pit Tempering Furnace – 1 Nos (500 kg capacity)
To strengthen the process controls all furnace controlled by Scada control system and Generator Back-up to ensure the product quality
Each & every batch will be checked all metallurgical parameters with dedicated lab facility

LAB INFRA

Entire heat treatment process will be carried automatically (from loading to unloading).
